Our Kapolei facility includes an indoor pool, state of the art exercise equipment, a dedicated modality room, cardio equipment, massage room as well as private treatment rooms.
Dynamic balance drill using our Solo Step suspension system. Patients are comfortably harnessed to a ceiling-mounted track system. Patients are able to be safely challenged using advanced therapy for balance, strength and gait training which can lead to eliminating fear of walking by boosting confidence.
A typical treatment session consists of multi-depth water exercises that promote cardiovascular endurance, alignment and stabilization. 92 degree water (recommended by the Arthritis Foundation) increases muscle extensibility and reduces pain. Bouyancy provides assistive range-of-motion on extremities, and allows for unloading in weight bearing activities. Adjustable current generator challenges all patients from the deconditioned to professional athletes.
Bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, physical therapy at Elam Sports O`ahu focuses on a holistic approach to injury, encompassing a complete evaluation of the injury and surrounding areas, looking for deficiencies and weaknesses that could have factored in to the injury taking place.

MOONRIDER FIELD
Our Moonrider Field consists of 3,150 sq ft of field turf for enhanced outdoor rehabilitation activities.
Our higher functioning patients and clients can perform activities on varying terrain to emulate community mobility; activities include torque sled, slam ball, battle rope, TRX exercises, tire flips, sled pull and a variety of athletic-type drills.
