We understand that plans can change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another patient in need of care.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee. If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact our office as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Please note that repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in the discontinuation of services.

We ask patients to set aside one hour for each session. Two hours may be required if you are being treated for two separate diagnoses. For a more specific time guideline, consult our team.

Your Physical Therapist and/or referring provider will recommend a treatment frequency and duration based on your specific condition, goals, and recovery needs. Following the recommended plan of care as closely as possible often leads to the best outcomes and can help you recover more efficiently.

We understand that work, family, and other commitments can sometimes make scheduling challenging. If you need to miss an appointment, we encourage you to reschedule it within the same week whenever possible—even if that means attending appointments on consecutive days. Consistency is an important part of the rehabilitation process and helps keep your recovery on track.
