WEAR IT TO WIN IT!

Wear your ESO t-shirt to each session and be automatically entered into our monthly drawing.

After your Initial Evaluation (first visit), you will be given an ESO t-shirt.  Wear your ESO t-shirt to your therapy visit and you will be given a ticket to drop into our raffle box.  At the end of each month, one lucky name is randomly chosen to be the winner of our monthly drawing.
